External Reference Select

0 (0): External reference clock selected

1 (1): Internal crystal oscillator of OSC requested. In VLLS0, the internal oscillator of OSC is disabled even if SOSCEN=1 and SOSCSTEN=1.
HGO

High Gain Oscillator Select

0 (0): Configure crystal oscillaor for low-power operation

1 (1): Configure crystal oscillator for high-gain operation
RANGE

System OSC Range Select

1 (01): Low frequency range selected for the crystal oscillator of 32 kHz to 40 kHz.

2 (10): Medium frequency range selected for the crytstal oscillator of 1 Mhz to 8 Mhz.

3 (11): High frequency range selected for the crystal oscillator of 8 Mhz to 32 Mhz.
